Introduction / Project Overview
Polímeros y Derivados is a Mexican leader in the production of nonwoven materials and technology assets for the furniture and mattress sectors. They have been producing state-of-the-art industrial materials since 1958 by combining creativity with global technology. Polímeros sought to amplify their brand and connect with global decision-makers at ISPA EXPO 2026 in Orlando, which is the world’s largest trade show exclusively for the sleep products industry. Design Challenges
Every project has unique hurdles, and this one required smart spatial planning. Polímeros needed to showcase a wide variety of internal mattress components and nonwoven materials without making the 20-square-meter space feel cluttered. We had to fit a product display zone, a brand communication area, and an interaction zone into a limited area. The booth needed to remain open to encourage visitor flow while ensuring brand recall happened within seconds. The challenge was to blend technical industrial excellence with a welcoming “Where dreams become solutions” vibe. Execution / Solution Delivery
We built a modern inline booth that utilized vertical space to increase visibility from a distance. First, we installed an overhead fascia featuring the Polímeros name and booth number 2044 to help attendees find them easily in the busy hall. Next, we used a three-sided back wall structure with integrated full-height graphics. Large logo placements were used on the back walls and the reception counter to ensure instant brand recognition. The reception counter served as a welcome point, a storage unit, and a brand billboard. We used clean, professional finishes to highlight their 60 years of quality and expertise.
Technical Brilliance
The booth featured vertical sample displays and hanging swatches as the star attraction, allowing attendees hands-on access to the latest innovations. We placed a large LED screen at a central eye-level focal point to deliver high information density without adding physical clutter. This screen showed videos of their research, innovation, and development processes. Our team used focused spotlights and placed lighting bars to make sure there were no dark areas and that everyone could see the merchandise.
